Cross Country Camel is the popular single user game called “CAMEL” which was original written to work in Tandy Basic. The version on this system has been coverted to 'C' to run on this system, with each player playing their own game. The code for Camel was provided to us by Bob Trotman of Poor Man's BBS. We would like to thank him for his generous contribution.

Object of Game : You have been transported to the hot deserts of Karamonga where you must travel with your faithful camel Ickypoo to the city of Whatchamacallit which is %d miles away. Along the way you will run into many hostiles. In order to survive your journey, you will need to rest up on occassion in some of the Oasis' found in the desert. You must allow your camel the chance to rest and you must remain well hydrated. The commands are simple and can be obtained by either pressing or '?'.
